Please book your hotel before filling in this registration form.


You can book a hotel by filling the hotel registration form of the hotel of your choice under the ‘Hotels’ menu item, and sending it to the address given there by fax or e-mail.


We would appreciate it if you could register in two steps: firstly the hotel before 19 July 2007 and secondly the conference before 1 August 2007. All fields marked by an asterisk (*) are required and must be completed.

Lunch

19 and 20 September lunch will be organised at the conference venue at your own expense. The amount of 35 EUR will be collected at your check-in at your hotel.
