Surplus of trade amounted to EUR 928 million

In EUR terms, exports were up by 5.5% and imports by 6.7% in September 2017 compared to the same period of the previous year. Trade surplus decreased by EUR 36 million.

In September 2017:

The value of exports amounted to EUR 8.8 billion (HUF 2,716 billion) and that of imports to EUR 7.9 billion (HUF 2,430 billion).

Trade surplus was EUR 928 million (HUF 286 billion).

The share of European Union Member States was 81% in exports and 78% in imports.

In September 2017 compared to a year earlier:

Exports increased by 5.5% and imports by 6.7% in EUR terms.
