Surplus on external trade in goods amounts to EUR 228 million in April
In EUR terms, the value of exports increased by 3.6% and that of imports by 7.0% in April 2019 compared to the same period of the previous year. The surplus on external trade in goods diminished by EUR 255 million.
In April 2019:
The value of exports amounted to EUR 8.9 billion (HUF 2,834 billion) and that of imports to EUR 8.6 billion (HUF 2,754 billion).
The surplus on external trade in goods was EUR 228 million (HUF 80 billion).
The share of European Union member states was 83% in exports and 73% in imports.
