Surplus on external trade in goods amounts to EUR 514 million in October
In EUR terms, the value of exports increased by 6.7% and that of imports by 3.6% in October 2019 compared to the same period of the previous year. The balance of external trade in goods improved by EUR 300 million.
In October 2019:
The value of exports amounted to EUR 10,086 million (HUF 3,349 billion) and that of imports to EUR 9,572 million (HUF 3,179 billion).
The surplus on external trade in goods was EUR 514 million (HUF 170 billion).
The share of European Union Member States was 80% in exports and 74% in imports.
In October 2019 compared to a year earlier:
