The surplus of the external trade in goods amounted to EUR 1.7 billion, the external trade in goods level increased by 9.2% on the export side, and was down by 0.1% on the import one, month-on-month
The value of export was 2.4% lower, that of import decreased by 12% in EUR terms in February 2024 compared to the same period of the previous year. The balance of the external trade in goods improved by EUR 1.1 billion. Compared to the previous month, the export of goods increased by 9.2%, their import went down by 0.1%.

The value of exports amounted to EUR 12.6 billion (HUF 4,875 billion) and that of imports to EUR 10.9 billion (HUF 4,234 billion).
The surplus of the external trade in goods was EUR 1.7 billion (HUF 641 billion).
The share of EU Member States (EU27_2020) was 77% in exports and 72% in imports.
