Visit to our stand at the Europe Day this year again!

 

The Europe Day, held every year to celebrate the establishment of the European Union, will again be held in Budapest on 11 May 2014. Several interesting, entertaining and exciting programmes will wait the visitors.

The EU-INFO Statistical Service of the Hungarian Central Statistical Office, under the auspices of Eurostat, will also be present at this event.

Please visit to our stand, where you can get Eurostat publications free of charge, and fill in quiz questions for presents.

Dear Users,

 

The EU-INFO Statistical Service aims to help those who need information about the statistical system of the European Union, data of the Eurostat on the EU and the member states, methodological explanations, statistical publications to find the information searched for. In line with the basic principle on electronic dissemination of the Eurostat and the HCSO, the service is free of charge and is financed by Eurostat.

 

The EU-INFO Statistical Service:

  • helps the users to find the information searched for on the website of the Eurostat;
  • helps to navigate in the database of the Eurostat;
  • provides information on the functioning, statistical programme and publications of the Eurostat;
  • publishes the main indicators on the EU;
  • provides a fast service in Hungarian and English

Opening hours

 

Personal visits and reception of phone requests:

Monday to Thursday: 9 am. to 3 pm.
Friday: 9 am. to 1 pm.

Emails arriving on holidays will be dealt with starting on the following working day.
First reaction to your written requests is made the next working day. In case a contact with Eurostat’s experts is necessary, treatment time may be longer.
