Output volume of the largest weight representing manufacture of transport equipment, having a 25% share in manufacturing, decreased by 4.7% compared to the same month of the previous year. Motor vehicles manufacturing declined by 1.9%, the manufacture of parts and accessories for motor vehicles dropped by 9.2%.
The manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products, accounting for 13% within manufacturing output exceeded the November 2024 level by 7.0%. Considering the two largest groups, the manufacture of computers and peripheral equipment went up by 62%, at the same time the manufacture of electronic components and boards fell by 33%.
The manufacture of electrical equipment, representing a 9.4% weight in manufacturing lagged behind the one year earlier level by 10.7%. Out of the two largest weight representing groups production volume in the manufacture of batteries and accumulators decreased by 7.2%, the manufacture of electric motors, generators, transformers and electricity distribution and control dropped by 16.0%.
The manufacture of food products, beverages and tobacco products, having a 14% share in manufacturing, was 1.7% higher than in the same month of the previous year, at the same time both domestic and export sales slightly declined. Processing and preserving meat and the production of meat products, representing the largest weight (24%) rose by 5.4%. Production grew between 4.5% and 18% in six other groups, too, most of all in the manufacture of prepared animal feeds, least of all in the processing and preserving of fruit and vegetables. Output decreased between 0.3% and 17.9% in the other four groups, to the greatest extent in the manufacture of vegetable and animal oils and fats.
Out of the two medium weight representing subsections the manufacture of rubber and plastics products and other non-metallic mineral products fell by 10.3%, the manufacture of basic metals and fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment declined by 2.6% compared to the same month of the previous year.
Contrary to the increase in the previous month, the manufacture of machinery and equipment n.e.c., having a 5.1% share in manufacturing, dropped 16.0%, a decrease occurred in three out of the five groups of the subsection, these representing an overall 91% weight.
Out of the subsections the manufacture of coke, and refined petroleum products, having a small weight, lagged behind the most, by 36%, year-on-year, with sales decreasing significantly in both directions.
