* The significant increase in the average earnings calculated since the beginning of the year is determined by the service allowance (so-called “firearms money”) equivalent to six months' salary for national defence and law enforcement professionals in January 2026. The allowance had a significant impact on the growth in the gross average earnings of the budget - primarily the public administration and defence branches of the national economy.
