The surplus of the external trade in goods amounted to EUR 203 million
The value of export was 4.3% higher, that of import increased by 7.9% in EUR terms in July 2024 compared to the same period of the previous year. The balance of the external trade in goods deteriorated by EUR 362 million. Compared to the previous month, the export of goods level decreased by 4.2%, its import grew by 3.7%.
In July 2024:
The value of exports amounted to EUR 11.8 billion (HUF 4,615 billion) and that of imports to EUR 11.5 billion (HUF 4,536 billion).
The balance of the external trade in goods was EUR 203 million (HUF 80 billion).
The share of EU member states (EU27_2020) was 73% in exports and 70% in imports.
