aThe principles of the Tourism Satellite Accounts valid until 2007 were replaced by the Recommended Methodological Framework of the Tourism Satellite Accounts of 2008 (TSA: RMF 2008). The new methodology takes into account changes in classification and incorporates those novelties, which have been raised by the Member States since the introduction of the first satellite accounts.  bData of 2006 and 2007 do not include same-day trips. Since 2008, the rates in 2005 have been extrapolated to the non-observed same day trips. Starting from the reference year 2015, it is estimated based on newly introduced survey questions on domestic tourism trips. As a result, the 2015 and 2016 data have been revised.  cUntil 2004–2007, spending within and outside the borders was included in the tourist expenditures of those who travel abroad. From 2008, based on the new methodology, only foreign spending is included.  dTourist expenditures of foreigners in Hungary and the domestic tourist expenditures of the population together. Starting from the reference year 2015, it is estimated based on newly introduced survey questions on domestic tourism trips. As a result, the 2015 and 2016 data have been revised.  eThe equivalent headcount number (full time equivalent) is the quotient of the number of hours worked during the reference period (here, one year) and the average number of hours performed by full-time workers during the same period.  fStarting from the reference year 2015, it is estimated based on newly introduced survey questions on domestic tourism trips. As a result, the 2015 and 2016 data have been revised.  Preliminary data  Revised data
