Short description
The Hungarian Classification of Goods and Services (TESZOR) is identical with the European CPA (Classification of Products by Activity). Under Regulation 451/2008/EC, from 2008 TESZOR must be used in statistics. This was modified by (EU) 2024/3103 Commission Regulation, so a new updated version (TESZOR’25) is valid from 1st of January 2025.
Please note that from 1 January 2025 the TESZOR’25 (CPA Rev. 2.2) nomenclature is applied, the TESZOR’15 (CPA Rev. 2.1) has been repealed with effect from 31 December 2024.

It covers the code number and the name of the items in the classification.

Explanatory notes
The explanatory notes determine the content of classification items. They help to classify items into the appropriate category of the classification.
Search engine
It supports quick search in the classification. As a result of searching by code number or text, it displays all the items in the classification that contain such code number or text.

The materials here contain the principles and rules of application of the classification.

- Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/3103 of 2 September 2024 amending Regulation (EC) No 451/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards updating the classification of products by activity (CPA)
- Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/880 of 11 December 2025 correcting Regulation (EC) No 451/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards specific positions of the classification of products by activity (CPA)
