Collecting, aggregating and in some cases carrying out the brief analysis of judicial statistical data regarding the bodies and organizations supervised by the Ministry of Justice (probation officers, mediators, legal persons employing mediators). Collecting the data regarding notaries: the respective data regarding order for payment procedures, data regarding security interest statement, and the caseload data of the resolved cases.
The statistical data delivered cover the followings:
- Data of judicial probation officers’ activity (semi-annually)
- Reports of the Hungarian Chamber of Civil Law Notaries
- Data of cases submitted to mediation
